Goose Creek Village is a master-planned community located on a superbly located, majestic parcel of land in Ashburn, Virginia
It dominates the area as the highest site in eastern Loudoun County, affording views of the mountains 20 miles to the west. Spanning approximately 174 acres, Goose Creek Village is a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use community that tries to integrate residential neighborhoods, retail, civic uses, recreation, and preserved open space together.
