Nestled between the 850,000 square feet of office complex to be built at Century Corner overlooking the Greenway and the 700 brick Centex Homes, currently under construction, Goose Creek Village Center will provide an experience unique to suburban Loudoun County.

    Trade Area – The Center is in the midst of a primary trade area of nearly 43,000 households and 128,000 residents with average household income in excess of $142,000.

  • Traffic Counts – The daily traffic counts were 34,000 (Greenway in 2009), 13,000 (Belmont Ridge Road in 2010) and 11,700 (Sycolin Road in 2011).
